ASIC releases regulatory guide on whistleblower policies
Back to news archiveBy 1 January 2020, public companies, large proprietary companies and proprietary companies that are trustees of a registrable superannuation entity must have a whistleblower policy. It will be a criminal offence if a company that must have a whistleblower policy does not have one.
To assist companies comply with their obligations with respect to whistleblower policies, ASIC have just released Regulatory Guide 270 which is available on ASIC’s website - please click here to access a copy of the Regulatory Guide.
